Mushroom + Matcha is an antioxidant powerhouse blend of ground dry lion's mane mushrooms, grown locally at Booneslick Heritage Farm, and ceremonial grade matcha powder from Uji, Kyoto, Japan.

Whisk 2g Mushroom + Matcha into 45ml of 175° water. Enjoy hot, over ice, or as a latte.

Matcha is a fine powder made by grinding green tea leaves. Only the finest, young, shade-grown gyokuro tea leaves are used to create matcha. The leaves are plucked and laid out flat to dry. Veins are removed and the leaves, now called tencha, are carefully ground in granite mills until they become the precious powder. The matcha in S&B's Mushroom + Matcha comes from Uji, Kyoto, Japan, and is a first harvest, spring tea. A Samidori cultivar, it is considered ceremonial grade, a high grade for everyday consumption.
